At KoelKart, we take pride in delivering high-quality print-on-demand products. Since each item is custom-made, we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are happy to provide exchanges under specific conditions.
1. No Refund Policy
All sales made on KoelKart are final, and we do not issue refunds for any reason.
As every item is made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations once an order is placed.
2. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges in the following cases: ✅ You received a defective or damaged product. ✅ You received the wrong product or incorrect size (if different from what was ordered).
Exchange Request Process
Customers must request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product.
To process the exchange, email us at care@koelkart.com with:
Your order number
Clear images of the defective or incorrect item
Once approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the item.
Conditions for Exchange
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The item must be returned within 7 days of approval.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.
3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
❌ Products that have been used or washed. ❌ Items with minor color variations due to screen differences. ❌ Wrong size selection by the customer (unless different from the order). ❌ Custom/personalized products, unless damaged or incorrect.
4. Processing Time for Exchanges
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and dispatch a replacement within 5-7 business days.
If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will offer an alternative product of equal value.
